"Das Lebendige Haus" property, Leipzig

"Das Lebendige Haus Leipzig" is located on Leipzig's Augustusplatz square. After years of standing empty, the building was revitalised and turned into a multifunctional property between 2016 and 2018. It now accommodates restaurants, co-working spaces, fitness spaces, offices, a hotel and more. In the Felix Club event and gastronomy area, versatile spaces were created that offer virtually unlimited design options. Panoramic glazing affords an impressive view over Augustusplatz.
A 360-square metre conference and event space was to be designed so that the space can be used according to customer needs. HUFCOR's mobile partition walls of type 100 were the perfect solution for a flexible room design. Different configurations can be created in minutes, whether it's one large open-plan conference room or multiple single meeting rooms. A special anti-fingerprint surface was chosen to match the design of the rooms. The super-matt black surface blends stylishly into the overall concept, offering timeless design and little need for cleaning since fingerprints are not visible.
